Walking the selected lots with the sales agent is highly recommended and designed to help our customers decide which homesite works best.\r\n\r\n THIRD: Personalize your home by selecting your interior and exterior options and completing your pre-construction meeting. Any changes you need to make should be completed within 72 hours after your completed pre-construction meeting.\r\n\r\n FOURTH: Prior to the signing of the AOS, you will be required to have been pre-approved by your lender. If you need assistance with obtaining a lender, please feel free to ask your sales agent.\r\n\r\n FIFTH: Sign the Agreement of Sale requiring a 5% deposit. The 5% Deposits schedule can be discussed.
